"Stupendous! Neil brought back to life these vintage Japanese knives. They are very sharp now, and he also fixed the metal side of the fork. The price is fair, the service excellent, and he accommodated my urgent request, even during this Covid period. I am a knives fanatic, and a new customer of Larson Medical Sharpening."

"Went to Niel to get 3 Damascus blades and a few other chef knives to get done. One blade needed some serious work and it came out GREAT. Very cool gentleman as well, took the time to go over each blade and assess the work to be done with me. Definitely will be a returning customer when it's that time again."
