"This is THE place to get your knives sharpened. I have a friend who is a gourmet chef and she recommended this company for knife sharpening.
Neil turns them around very quickly and does a fantastic job. I hate cooking with dull knives so I regularly take them to Neil and the results are always excellent. I also like that he has care recommendations for the knives so I am now more educated about how to keep them in the best shape. I also like that he communicates very quickly via text. I have been a repeat customer for several years."

"Who can sharpen your knives to the point of being as sharp as a surgical instrument; Larson Medical can take your Asian or European made knives to that level. The charge is $1.50 for each inch; turn around time is great
You should call before you go, wrap your knives, leave it in the drop off box with your contact information; then you pick up your knives and leave a check or cash. You get to explore the Birdland area of San Diego at the same time. Rain or shine, Mr Larson is there for you"
